We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support our growth plans and help change the future of B2B sales. You will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns that deliver paying customer signups to our platform.
The Role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll have a pivotal role in the growth of Launched and through the delivery of end-to-end campaigns across events, content and digital, as well as further developing our brand and market presence. You’ll work collaboratively with our team to deliver data-led campaigns that drive demand and grow our customer base.
You will join an exceptionally collaborative atmosphere between sales, marketing and other teams. Where everyone is supportive and focuses on adding value. You will define customer segments and determine the appropriate outreach strategies, develop campaigns and acquisition strategies, and work with the wider business to meet customer signup targets.
You will connect business objectives to campaigns and define and measure ROI metrics. The successful candidate will develop a forward-thinking, demand-generating marketing campaign calendar and work with global and regional partners to develop campaign briefs.
Handle campaigns from beginning to end by communicating frequently with the team, meeting strict deadlines and priorities, and foreseeing/advancing speed.

· Accurately inputting data into the CRM system and updating it accordingly
· Qualifying and generating customer signups via our Launched website
· Becoming an integral part of the marketing team to not only meet targets but to strive to exceed them
· Enhance Sales and Marketing data, via research
· Research contact and company profiles
· Lead marketing activities, such as advertising campaigns, events, and product launches.
· Fulfil quality checking of leads and report back to the business.
· Manage our presence at third-party conferences and events.
· Take ownership of the promotion and delivery of our webinars and in-person events, building on our strong reputation for outstanding events in the industry.
· Work closely with the Commercial Team with key initiatives, rapidly translating commercial insights into marketing campaigns and continuing our tight revenue-focused alignment.
· Effectively manage others within the B2B marketing team, with scope to grow the team further as we scale, encouraging a high-performance team culture focused on results.
· Manage relationships with third-party agencies and freelancers.
· Work closely with the Leaders on the marketing plans and budget.
· Driving results across the entire funnel; awareness/consideration, conversion, and retention using a test-and-learn approach
· Working with sales to ensure SLA-based following up of leads and conversion to revenue
· Evaluating digital marketing campaigns and driving optimised results
· Driving account-based marketing initiatives for global accounts
· Owning the lead scoring/nurture programme and making recommendations based on results
· Tracking, measuring, and developing a reporting cadence on marketing and sales metrics across all programs to internal stakeholders
· Owning a fixed annual marketing budget and managing ROI of spend
Who You Are
An energetic Product Marketing superstar who is passionate about the company’s success and the people who work for it. You are interested in being a part of a growing organization. You will be responsible for building, growing and managing the demand generation team for Launched. The purpose of this team is to get net new customer sign-ups via our website.
- You have in-depth demand/lead generation marketing experience at Senior Executive or Manager level.
- You have consistently worked closely with sales and commercial teams to meet revenue targets.
- Have experience of getting net new customers to sign up to a SaaS platform in the past
- You have a good track record in achieving revenue-linked metrics at a fast-growing business, whilst working with mid-market and enterprise growth.
- You have event management experience and want to take on this responsibility in your next role.
- You have taken the lead on end-to-end campaign management, with experience in using CRM systems and email marketing platforms, ideally including knowledge of Salesforce and hubspot, but we are also open to the knowledge of other systems.

- 5+ years of proven B2B work experience within a high-performing growth business
- Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
- Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., SalesForce, Salesloft, Hubpsot, Sales Navigator etc.)
- Goal-oriented has ownership and curiosity.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Developed, managed and reported on online demand generation strategy, tactics and processes
- Experience with the full multi-media marketing mix (email/web/social media)
- Proven track record working with sales teams to increase conversion to revenue
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Creative skills and the ability to work and adhere to brand guidelines

Base Salary: £50,000.00 - £75,000.00 per year. Plus commission and bonus - OTE £150,000+
