DeFi Recruitment has partnered with a blockchain protocol designed to provide fund management infrastructure on chain and is one of the oldest and most secure protocols with a track record of over 5 years.
The protocol provides services for a range of digital assets that can be deposited into fund-like structures called vaults. There are already a number of integrations available to other decentralised finance protocols to facilitate investment related strategies.
The firm has been successful in building this use case and now other use cases and opportunities are emerging. Specifically, base layer infrastructure where firms looking to enter the crypto space can leverage existing ‘plug and play’ infrastructure to accelerate time to market.
Existing users range from crypto banks to liquid staking protocols. At the time of writing, the protocol manager >$180m.
DeFi Recruitment is looking for a dynamic and self-starting product marketing manager to join our client to help define the broader value proposition, refine use cases and build compelling messages for customers, prospects and internal audiences. This involves working with outsourced marketing and PR providers and advisors.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in product marketing or closely related areas
- Product marketing experience with a combination of the following: FinTech, Blockchain, and Crypto.
- Experience marketing products to large enterprises and start-ups, and navigating buying teams of prospect organisations.
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communicator while working with highly technical subjects.
- Cross-functional team player who excels working with marketing, product, and sales colleagues.
- Highly driven self-starter that is unafraid of building product collateral with limited guidance.
- A passion and a willingness to learn.
