We are currently hiring full-time in the following US locations: California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Florida, and Washington. If you are located outside of these states, you can still be considered as an applicant but the position will be on a contract basis.

About The RoleYou will be the owner of Product Marketing at Plooto. You will play a pivotal part in Plooto’s success since our growth is product and marketing led (PLG). You'll be seen as a subject matter expert and develop a a successful GTM strategy for each feature launch. You will help identify the customer insights, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Marketing team, to distill the set of customer needs.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate and orchestrate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and updates
- Create impactful product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition and benefits of our products to target audiences
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership
- Partner closely with Product stakeholders to define product requirements, influence roadmap and stay connected with their development process
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, customer personas, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of marketing strategies
Your Background
- Experience as an integral part of fast-growing, high-performance tech companies, actively contributing to their success and growth
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in a fast paced SaaS startup
- Proven track record in building, getting buy-in, executing data-driven marketing plans, and staying focused on “getting it done right” in a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies to differentiate our products in the market
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across both highly technical and highly creative teams
- Experience with B2B SaaS or Fintech a plus
