Job title: Product Marketing Manager
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
• Coordinate and publicize new features, including sending their newsletter.
• Research and develop Kumospace internal and external competitor knowledge.
• Develop a deep understanding of Kumospace's target markets, including buyer personas, messaging, positioning, and Go-To-Market strategy.
• Partner with Sales to create customer stories.
• Improve existing and develop new content for the Kumospace website, including use cases, departments, industries, and more.
• Effortlessly switch between creating sales enablement content and web traffic acquisition (SEO) content.
• Manage, improve, and maintain our self-help knowledge base.
• Write copy for our customer life cycle emails
• Take the lead on larger thought leadership and content initiatives, including ebooks, sales training, and webinars.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience as a Product Manager or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience at a SaaS/software company is required.
• Strong storytelling skills, capable of creating engaging and persuasive narratives.
• Analytical and KPI-minded, with a passion for developing ideas and then A/B testing them.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
