By joining Tidio as the first Product Marketing Manager you will become a crucial member of our international marketing team, and take ownership of the positioning, messaging, as well as branding of Tidio’s key products.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- work alongside the CMO to create, develop, and execute comprehensive key product marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Tidio’s solutions within the target market;
- manage the product launch process: develop plans, and measure the success of initiatives;
- be the owner of our email marketing channel, plan and execute campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support customer acquisition and retention initiatives;
- create compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our solutions in the market;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, strategy as well as sales to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals;
- conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and positioning opportunities;
- analyze key performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement;
- serve as a subject matter expert on the SaaS product, industry trends, and competitive landscape, both internally and externally;
- build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to gather feedback, drive advocacy, and foster community engagement;
- stay abreast of emerging technologies, market developments, and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
You are the perfect fit if you have:
- at least 2-3 years of proven experience in Product Marketing within the B2B SaaS sector;
- demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable results.
- strong knowledge of Hubspot marketing tool (or another tool with knowledge easily transferable to Hubspot);
- track record of managing successful product launches and marketing campaigns from concept to execution;
- experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- adaptability and willingness to learn, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices;
- creative thinking and problem-solving skills, focusing on driving innovation and continuous improvement of marketing strategies;
- analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data, deriving insights, and using metrics to optimize marketing performance.
