Your answers to simple questions are the path to the story that sells. Why are we doing this? Who cares? How does it help them in their work? How are we different? Why will they buy? To me, this is product marketing. It's getting into the weeds and the confusion of things. It’s carefully putting together a 10,000-piece puzzle. I did this when I owned a business for a decade. I packaged and priced my husband’s artistic genius into a wildly sellable product. I did this at agencies selling websites, doctorate degrees, and HR software. Now I do this in tech. Because product marketing is the core. It’s the answers to the questions. It’s the strategy. It’s the story. It’s creative. It’s the foundation. And that foundation exists across job titles, industries, and ARR.
