McCandless
I have all but written off "webinars" and "workshops" because the information is too generic, or too tailored to big companies with big budgets. Rarely does a piece of educational content feel authentic anymore. I finally feel like I've found something I can take things from: A small group of people in (actually) similar positions to me, who might be able to actually hear me out and recommend the next right thing.
The biggest challenge I have is that I'm a good product marketer, but I've never been taught how to be a leader. We are a series A, 15 person company with a lot of vague, open-ended questions to answer: Who is our actual ICP? Should we try to build product-led motions or go all in on human-led? Why are our retention numbers so low when most of our traffic is inbound? These are just a handful of the questions I'm grappling with daily, but I have no idea if what I'm doing is right. I could use some other minds, to at least not get too trapped in my own echo chamber.
