Are you currently a founding or solo Product Marketer?

Yes. I'm the founding PMM and building the function from scratch

What excites you about working with an expert mentor and close group of peers?

I don't want to take a course. I want access to peers that can teach me and give me practical advice, not just theories. I want to be able to speak to others passionate about the PMM discipline, so I don't feel alone.

What are the biggest challenges you currently face in your role?

Moving from a solo PMM to getting a team, I want to make sure my team is efficient and motivated, while I also take care of my workload. And make sure we build repeatable processes.
