My Approach: What to Expect

Each Foundry cohort won’t follow a static syllabus or learning schedule. We’ll tailor a program to the specific needs of each group. And that can flex and change throughout the 90 days.

That said, there are a number of foundational building blocks I believe each founding PMM needs in order to build a high-impact function. Together, they make up the Founding PMM Flywheel (shown below). We’ll use this as our guide throughout the program.

In addition, we’ll also use our weekly group sessions to tackle real challenges that our members are facing.
