How we work together
Get a live first draft of your demo within a week of kickoff.
During our kickoff, I’ll work with your product and marketing team to understand your product, messaging, and key points of differentiation.
I start by creating a storyboard for your demo, including copy and screen capture concepts.
I then use your existing interactive demo platform to capture the necessary screens in your app. Access to your demo instance is required.
I then bring your storyboard to life with tooltips, callouts, and guides. I can also edit the UI if your demo platform supports it.
I assist in launching your tour on your website, specifically around best practices. I’ll also provide a walk-through video and messaging to enable your sales team.

No. Think of it as buying demo credits. You can purchase multiple now and redeem them when needed.
My general rule is that each demo is no more than 10-15 steps. This is also a best practice since data shows this is the ideal length for engagement. I say this is a “general rule” because I am flexible and know that sometimes certain demos call for more steps. If you want a checklist-style demo that includes multiple sections, each section would be considered a separate demo.
I have a simple system you can use to submit demo project requests and see the status of existing projects. We work together mostly via email, but can schedule ad hoc calls when needed. I also use Loom to share progress updates and answer more in-depth questions.
This really depends on the complexity of your website and how you want to implement your demos. For simple implementations, especially when adding multiple demos to a demo center over time, I can handle it for you. But everyone’s website is unique, so I will want your web developer to help implement the first couple of demos or help troubleshoot more complex setups. That said, I will always provide best practice advice and suggestions on how to implement demos on your website.
You can expect to invest 1-2 hours at the start if we need multiple kick-off calls. But from there you should only need to invest 30-mins to 1-hour per demo. Mainly for sharing and relevant positioning and messaging materials, and reviewing my work.
I’ll need a access to your interactive demo platform and a demo instance of your product (ie. something I can use to capture screens.) I also welcome as much existing product marketing related content you can give me as it helps me better understand your product and positioning.
No. You’ll need your own Interactive Demo platform. If you don’t have one, I’m happy to help you find one.
I can pretty much work with any platform, but I’m particularly confident with Navattic, Walnut, Tourial, and HowdyGo.
With my monthly maintenance and reporting package, you can use my request portal to submit unlimited demo update requests as thing change in your product.
