With a focus on digital expertise, you will conceive, develop, and deploy campaigns that resonate with our audience and leverage the latest digital channels and technologies. You will craft product positioning and captivating messaging by leveraging your understanding of our product's features, benefits, and customer needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape the future of our go-to-market approach to drive growth and differentiation in the life sciences sector.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for the product portfolio, including market analysis, positioning, VOC, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable insights to guide product positioning.
- Oversee the achievement of ambitious financial and strategic objectives by redefining product marketing through a digital lens.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to effectively launch New Product Introductions (NPIs), collaborating with R&D, Sales, and Product Management to ensure alignment and effective execution of go-to-market plans.
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences, effectively communicating the unique features, benefits, and solutions our products offer.
- Maximize online visibility, streamline online ordering and improve customer engagement through innovative marketing tactics.
- Enable the sales team by equipping them with sales collateral, strategic tools, training materials, and market insights to effectively position and sell our products.
- Develop and monitor marketing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring your strategies have tangible impact.
- Utilize data analytics to continually refine strategies for maximum online performance.
- Report campaign objectives and key results to leadership, fostering a culture of transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing / product management with expertise in digital marketing
- 3+ years of experience in the life sciences or biopharma sector
- Knowledge spanning gene editing technology and broader life sciences research, supplemented by familiarity with drug discovery and development.
- Expertise in developing and running marketing campaigns that align with corporate goals.
- Great problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Microsoft and Google tools, with hands-on experience in HubSpot and Google Adwords, harnessing technology to amplify marketing impact.
