Job Overview:
When hiring a Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager with hands-on experience to assist the Head of Marketing, it's crucial to outline responsibilities that reflect both strategic and practical aspects of marketing. This role often bridges high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives are successfully developed and implemented. Formally you will be a right hand of Head of Marketing and will help maintain all activities and channels to bring products on market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct Market Research: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Track Market Trends and Competitors: Monitor the market to identify opportunities and threats, keeping the marketing strategy responsive and relevant.
- Competitors Activities Tracking: Keep a close eye on competitors' marketing strategies, campaigns, and outcomes to benchmark and differentiate our approach.
- Competitors Features Research: Analyze competitors’ product features, strengths, and weaknesses to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for innovation.
Marketing Execution:
- Develop Ideal Customer Personas (ICP)
- Customer Journey Mapping (CJM): In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, design CJM to enhance customer experience and product interaction.
- Pricing Model Adjustment: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to refine and adjust the pricing model based on market expectations, company goals, and competitors' overview.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: execute digital marketing campaigns in close cooperation with the Head of Marketing to promote products and attract new clients.
- Content Management: Ensure all marketing content accurately reflects the product's features and the brand's core values, creating a cohesive and compelling narrative.
Campaigns and Promotions:
- Managing Campaigns with Influencers: Develop and execute marketing campaigns involving influencers to broaden market reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Referral Programs: Design and implement referral programs to incentivize existing customers to refer new clients, leveraging word-of-mouth marketing.
- Marketing and Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations to support marketing and sales efforts, effectively communicating the value proposition.
Engagement and Retention:
- Customer Engagement and Retention Strategies: Develop and execute activities aimed at expanding customers’ usage of products and increasing retention to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Event Marketing: Execute marketing activities related to participation in industry events, enhancing brand presence and networking opportunities.
- Cross-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Build specific cross-channel marketing campaigns and activities aimed at increasing specific marketing metrics.
- Participation in Marketing Activities: Actively participate in all marketing activities, taking an executive or management role to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Customer Engagement:
- Feedback Collection and Implementation: Engage in collecting, processing, and implementing customer feedback into product development and marketing strategies.
- Client Feedback Loop: Establish a systematic process for gathering, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.
- Customer Development Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews with current and potential customers to better understand their needs, experiences, and pain points.
- Sales and Marketing Materials Development: In close cooperation with copywriters, develop product documentation, pitch decks, and other materials highlighting product features and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience 2+ years in marketing management or product marketing, preferably in the fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, competitor analysis, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience in ICP, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with product pricing strategies, product launch planning, and sales enablement techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve marketing and product goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to brief and coordinate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign execution, and analytics.

Salary range - 1500-4000 USD depending on experience in marketing & fintech domain
Contract Type: Full-time, B2B contract basis.
