We are seeking a dynamic Growth and Product Marketing Lead to spearhead our SaaS solution's expansion and elevate its market presence. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in strategic pricing, product packaging, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your mission will be to boost customer acquisition, retention, and expansion by crafting compelling value propositions and optimizing the customer journey through data-driven insights and innovative marketing tactics. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving product-led growth in the B2B SaaS sector, showcasing exceptional skills in market analysis, cross-functional team leadership, and the execution of targeted growth initiatives. Your strategic acumen and analytical prowess will be crucial in navigating the competitive landscape, shaping market-leading product offerings, and delivering sustained business growth.
**What You'll Do
**Strategic Growth and Pricing Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to enhance market penetration and revenue, focusing on optimizing pricing and packaging for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.* Implement growth initiatives for free, trial, and self-serve products, optimizing revenue-driving activities like email campaigns, in-app messaging, and targeted content.* Design a lifecycle strategy focused on ensuring customers adopt our trial solutions, realize value quickly and upgrade to paid offerings.* Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product design, creating user personas and journey maps.* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust pricing strategies and product offerings that meet the evolving market demands and competitive landscape.* Create self-service touch points across the user lifecycle to drive education, community and advocacy experiences.
**Marketing Campaigns And Product Packaging
**
- Collaborate with marketing to define and refine marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.* Collaborate with product and sales teams to define and refine product packaging and bundling strategies that align with customer needs and market opportunities.* Prioritize educational content creation, such as tutorials and webinars, to facilitate user understanding and engagement.
**Cross-functional Team Leadership And Collaboration

- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure cohesive growth efforts, consistent messaging, and alignment of product, pricing, and marketing strategies.* Facilitate regular communication between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product offerings and pricing strategies are competitive and market-driven.
**Analytics, Performance Optimization, And Market Analysis

- Utilize tooling and analytics to track campaign performance and customer engagement, market positioning, and competitive differentiation. Refine growth strategies for maximum impact and ROI.* Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform pricing adjustments and product feature enhancements.
**What You'll Bring
**
- Extensive experience in growth marketing within the SaaS industry, with a proven ability to drive product-led growth and user base expansion.* Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing effective pricing and packaging strategies that contribute to business growth.* Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, pricing analysis, and data-driven decision-making.* Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.* 5-10 years experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing.* Experience and knowledge of Salesforce.* Experience and knowledge of Intercom or Pendo.
