We're a fully remote team working across 35+ countries. You'll be joining a passionate team whose resumes include Canva, Figma, GitLab, Google, InVision, Typeform and Zendesk.

Maze seeks a visionary Director of Product Marketing to lead our strategic initiatives and drive our go-to-market strategy within the enterprise market. In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping Maze's product positioning, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategy to effectively engage our target audience, drive demand, and communicate the value proposition of Maze's solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, demand generation, content marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment between product strategy and successful execution of sales and marketing efforts.
What You Will Do
- Build and grow a world-class team of product marketers.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Maze's product and its impact on customers.
- Lead the development of precise and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers, addressing their pain points and business needs and differentiating Maze from the competition.
- Conduct in-depth market research, gather feedback to refine product positioning and messaging, and inform strategic product development decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product, demand generation, sales, and enablement teams to develop and execute impactful cross-functional programs aligned with go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensure go-to-market teams (marketing, sales, customer success) have the messaging and resources they need to succeed.
- Strategically plan and oversee the launches of new products and features, including developing crucial collateral, website content, enablement materials, and launch events.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary tools, training, and messaging to communicate Maze's value proposition to buyers and users effectively.
- Stay ahead of the competitive landscape, leveraging insights to develop differentiated external messaging and internal enablement strategies.
- Partner with demand generation and content marketing teams to develop innovative programs that stimulate demand and drive growth.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collateral such as product demos, webinars, eBooks, presentations, case studies, and in-product messaging.
What We Are Looking For
- Possess a proven track record of success with 7+ years of experience in SaaS B2B or B2B2C product marketing or equivalent leadership roles, including 4+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading enterprise-level product marketing initiatives, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and go-to-market strategies
- Have a strong foundation in best-in-class enterprise product marketing practices and a strategic mindset to drive impactful results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex messages to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders
- Advocate for a data-driven approach to decision-making, comfortable with data analysis and driving insights to guide strategic direction.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Possess a relentless drive for continuous learning, growth, and innovation, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry landscape.
