I want to feel more comfortable as a PMM, I am coming new to the function, having spent a large part of my career in commercial, proposition, pricing roles for a large telco. I am now a solo PMM in a company of 300 and have fears about my messaging, positioning but I am also super motivated to prove to myself that I can nail this and actually a lot of PMM come to the function in weird and wonderful ways and therefore, why not me!

It's the route to streamline my understand, learn the right way and from the best. I am keen to build my PMM community, as it takes a village to deliver (my village needs to be my virtual PMM network - rather than at my company). Jason is a legend and I want to learn from the best, it's a bit like learning marketing with Mark Ritson.

Honestly! Where do I start. As I said, I am new to PMM and new to smaller company. My first writing experience is worrying me, when we launch our new features I will be leading a lot of the communication, much more comfortable presenting rather than writing, but will be using AI to assist in that regard. I also want to turn my role from Senior PMM to a Director or VP, based on my performance, that is my aim/objective.
