Product Marketing Manager****About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr./Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join Minerva, an early-stage startup in the fintech space. As our PMM, you will help build the foundation for how product marketing works at Minerva and you will have an immediate impact by spearheading our product positioning, messaging, and market research. This role is critical in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with revenue, product, technology, partnerships, and marketing. The role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, with the goal of building an impactful Product Marketing team within the organization.
→ This is a full-time remote role, with occasional (quarterly) in-person opportunities to meet and get to know the rest of the team.
Role Overview****Customer + Product
- Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and effectively communicate the product's benefits to our target market.
- Build the foundational systems and processes that will help us build a best-in-class product marketing function.
- Plan and execute product launches, from strategy development to messaging, channel strategy, and measurement, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams.
Content + Field
- Work with the team, contractors, and future content marketing hires to develop a marquee destination for learning about Anti-Money Laundering + Fraud Compliance, positioning Minerva as an industry leader.
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels, including emails, websites, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with our partners in the fintech and AML ecosystem on co-marketing efforts to bring unique offerings and educate and empower the community.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to create content that supports outreach and conversations with prospects and customers.
- Distill competitive intelligence, create battle cards, and when needed, join sales calls and presentations
- Create and maintain compelling product collateral including presentations, solution brochures, data sheets, white papers, and website content.
- Develop training materials to accelerate sales and articulate market differentiators.
- Build a robust sales enablement library to support the sales team in effectively communicating our vision, value, and competitive differentiation.

- Strong communication skills, able to relate to customer challenges and concisely communicate value propositions.
- Curiosity-driven, seeking in-depth knowledge and understanding of the product and the industry.
- Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, advocating for the product and building strong customer relationships.
- A storyteller who enjoys taking complex topics and making them compelling.
Requirements
- Passion, enthusiasm, and curiosity are essential.
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience in the B2B enterprise technology or SaaS industry.
- Hands-on experience in developing positioning statements, buyer personas, and competitive intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to write and deliver narratives that position and sell products in interesting and creative ways.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
