NeuraFlash is actively seeking a leader and versatile Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Amazon Web Services (AWS)/Amazon Connect practice. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass more than just content creation; you'll own the AWS marketing strategy to generate more pipeline, broaden our footprint with AWS employees and customers, and ultimately play a key role in becoming THE partner to dominate the Amazon Connect and Generative AI space.
You'll also play a pivotal role in providing event support, communications assistance, and executing paid advertising campaigns. Your mission? To drive pipeline by expanding our digital presence, enhancing brand recognition, growing our subscriber base, and generating valuable leads through both organic and paid strategies.
We're on the lookout for someone who knows the AWS partner ecosystem and thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, excels at simplifying complex topics for our audience, and executes tasks effectively. While storytelling skills and a passion for words are important, a strong sense of curiosity and the ability to convey intricate concepts in engaging ways are equally essential. Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of advanced paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching objectives and target audience
- Spearhead the development, management, and execution of a sophisticated, data-driven content marketing calendar in collaboration with the content marketing team, with a focus on the AWS practice. Continuously assess and refine content strategies for maximum impact
- Champion cross-functional collaboration by working closely with various teams to produce high-impact and persuasive content, marketing collateral, and research materials This includes but is not limited to crafting blog posts, case studies, webinars, one-sheets, ebooks, white papers, and other content formats that effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrate an exceptional ability to grasp intricate subjects and adeptly transform them into captivating content pieces suitable for distribution across multiple channels
- Formulate, research, compose, and orchestrate weekly blog content that not only captivates but also enhances the value proposition, while employing advanced SEO content strategies to drive organic traffic
- Collaborate extensively with the sales team to develop and execute monthly campaigns aimed at generating leads, increasing subscribers, boosting feature adoption, raising awareness, and achieving other critical performance metrics. This should involve creating various content types, such as blogs, video scripts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, guides, etc., all optimized with SEO best practices
- Lead the daily generation, editing, publication, and dissemination of compelling content across social media platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence
- Provide valuable assistance in the creation of strategic documents and assume additional ad hoc marketing responsibilities as needed, leveraging your extensive experience and senior-level expertise
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing
- Portfolio of article contributions related to the technology industry
- Expert of keyword research tools and the ability to conduct effective keyword research for paid search campaigns (e.g., SEO and SEM) is essential
- Proficiency in crafting SEO-driven content
- 3+ years experience with various paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. This should include proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on these platforms.
- Proficient writing and editing skills
- Experience working with AWS technologies
- Energetic and proactive, thriving in a dynamic startup environment
- A sincere enthusiasm for translating intricate subjects into engaging narratives
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to execute tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines
Bonus Points (but not required):
- Certifications from platforms like Google Ads
- Personal blogs, article contributions, or a personal YouTube channel demonstrating your ability to understand complex topics and transform them into engaging content
- Active and engaging social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Proficiency in photo and video production/editing using tools like iMovie, Adobe products, or Apple products.
- Experience with the Adobe Suite
