As the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Yottaa, you will spearhead the ongoing improvement of our product messaging, manage product launches, and generate sales enablement content to drive an effective go-to-market strategy. Your role is critical in capturing customer insights thru win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence gathering, working cross-functionally to support marketing campaigns and product releases, and enabling sales to effectively position our digital experience optimization solutions. You will leverage your understanding of the audience, industry, and market opportunities to inform product development and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft compelling value propositions and adoption strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence Yottaa's growth, customer experience, and strategic direction, including M&A activities, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.
Your Role
- Develop and own a core positioning and messaging framework for Yottaa that is tailored and adapted to specific audiences and buyer personas evolving it as new features or capabilities are enhanced or introduced
- Gather and surface audience and industry insights through research, data analysis (Yottaa customer site data), and internal input to help shape product and marketing strategies
- Understand pain points and gaps in our sales and marketing collateral. Work with teams across the company to develop and publish new collateral and documents with success measured by improvements in conversion rates across the marketing funnel and sales pipeline
- Partner with the revenue Marketing team to apply our messaging framework to level up existing sales and marketing collateral and campaigns
- Build and implement a go-to market plan for ongoing product updates and feature releases. We want to set a standard amongst SaaS companies for feature announcements and customer communication.
- Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence and analysis of how to beat other offerings in the ecosystem to support sales and customer success teams
- Own win/loss analysis and publish summary findings internally to feed enhancements to existing go-to-market strategy and product positioning
- Amplify and represent Yottaa in marketing activities and technology partner engagements
Your Experience
- 5+ Years of experience in SaaS product marketing. Specific experience in e-commerce, website performance acceleration and monitoring is preferred
- Have the ability to synthesize complicated product descriptions into simple, everyday language and proactively leverage generative AI services to accelerate your work
- The Sales and Marketing teams you’ve worked with in the past rave about the collateral you have produced and how well you translate technical capabilities into benefits and value that excite customers
- You’ve contributed to sales enablement - helping communicate the value proposition to sales teams and developing the needed sales tools to support the sales cycle and motions
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, persona-driven value propositions and market segmentation using methods such as Business Model Canvas or the Product Marketing Alliance Framework
- Strong understanding of e-commerce technology and marketing technology landscape
- Experience creating compelling messaging for different segments and for both business and technical buyers
- Excellent writing, speaking, and visual storytelling skills. Your work will appear in publications, our blog, on our website, in sales presentations and at events that we host
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience
