Hi! We're TestBox. We're on a mission to build a better way for people to buy and sell B2B software. Our platform enables sellers to give perfect demos every time and lets buyers try even the most complex software before they buy it.
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build our product marketing function from the ground up. TestBox is a new product in a new market that's solving problems that GTM teams don't know tools can solve, and we need your help to align our messaging, educate the market, be the voice of the customer, and grow TestBox as thought leaders in our space.
In this role, you'll be the sole marketer on our team, reporting to our head of go-to-market with the opportunity to grow and build a team. A single marketer may be intimidating but, for the right person, this is a big bet opportunity.

What you'll do at TestBox:
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks tailored to various buyer personas, ensuring our product stands out in the crowded B2B space.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content across different formats, including landing pages, blog posts, and webinars, to highlight each product launch's unique value. Your creativity will ensure our product shines in a sea of B2B offerings.
- Voice of the Customer: Capture and share customer success stories that showcase the transformative impact of our product. Your storytelling will inspire both potential and existing customers by highlighting real-world benefits.
- Sales Enablement: Equip our Sales and Solutions teams with comprehensive content, documentation, and training materials. Your efforts will ensure they're more than prepared to address any inquiries or challenges from potential buyers.
- Product Launches: Lead the charge on introducing new features, releases, and integrations to our market. Develop and execute tiered launch plans that not only capture but also retain our buyers' attention.
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. Educate and enable the Go-To-Market (GTM) team with strategic insights on positioning TestBox effectively against competitors.
- Pricing and Packaging: Strategize and implement effective product tiering, differentiation, and pricing models. Your insights will empower our Sales and Solutions teams to close more deals by offering clear, compelling product options.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Act as a central connector across various departments, including Sales, Solutions, Product, and Engineering. Your collaboration skills will foster strong, productive relationships that drive cohesive efforts toward our company goals.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 5-7+ years of experience in marketing at a B2B SaaS company, including 3+ years in Product Marketing. (Bonus points if you have been the first product marketer.)
- Experience in building a new category or category creation.
- Knows how to bring a story to life and drive emotion through a brand.
- Enjoys a challenge and wants to push the traditional boundaries of early stage company marketing efforts.
- Loves collaborating with others, meeting new people, and starting conversations.
- Wants to become a thought leader and the face of a brand.
- Has a desire to work in a fast-pace, constantly evolving environment.
- Wants a role where creativity and testing are encouraged.
