About the Role:
We are recently acquired and excited to increase our footprint in the US market. If you are a product marketer experienced in call center solutions such as speech analytics, virtual agents and voice biometrics, we love to hear from you.
Product marketing manager represents a pivotal role in defining and promoting our innovative products in the market. We have product teams developing market-leading solutions with AI, we have sales teams in close contact with global brands, we have marketing team with their fingers on the pulse of the market. But we are missing a vital role in the center of it all: Product Marketing.
The Role:
You will be our first hire as a product marketing manager working closely with inner teams and sales teams and customers, globally but with US market focus. You will be responsible for developing and executing an engaging product marketing strategy for our AI-powered platform for call centers. You will work closely with our product team and AI engineers, understanding the power behind our in-house developed technologies and translate our work into compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.

We are an R&D center and our solutions are developed by a team of over 100 engineers specializing in text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice biometrics technologies. As of 2022 we are a part of Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, we have grown into an international organization with over 500 young and dynamic team members. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU and MENA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of end-to-end product marketing strategy to hit all aspects of the sales funnel with your execution experience.
- Partner with executive leadership to align product strategies with business goals.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for existing and new products, focusing on target audience, positioning, and messaging, especially for the US market.
- Turn technical features into well written and easy-to-understand user guides, release notes, sales materials, monthly product feature updates for customers.
- Sales enablement – help communicate the value proposition of the platform for different buyers and use-cases to help convert interest into sales. This includes via sales presentations, product documentation, webpages, blog posts, webinars, demos and more.
- Competitor intelligence – understand the competitive landscape and be the expert on our competition and how they are positioned and priced.
- Analyst relations – Lead the vendor briefings, company presentations, demo sessions for research companies such as Gartner, Forester, IDC and more.
- Customer Insights - Play customer advocate role within the company, acting as a data highway between customers and product teams with tangible insights and feedback
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in marketing or business administration is a plus.
- +10 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong emphasis on high-tech products.
- Deep understanding of AI, natural language processing, speech recognition, and machine learning.
- Proficient in data analysis, with an ability to glean insights from user behavior and market trends.
- Familiar with software development processes and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in marketing Speech Analytics or Conversational AI solutions for customer service.
- Native English speaker, physically located in North America
- Experience working in call center solution vendors or BPOs
