Position OverviewAs a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Henry Meds, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products in the market. This role does not involve writing user stories or managing engineering backlogs but focuses on developing and executing go-to-market strategies, coordinating product launches, conducting product and marketing research, and fostering collaboration between our product and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Product Launch Management: Lead and coordinate product launches, including creating launch plans, timelines, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.
- Product and Marketing Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the product and marketing teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring that marketing efforts align with product capabilities and customer benefits.
- Content Development: Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including product presentations, sales enablement materials, general marketing copywriting, and customer-facing content.
- Market Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to iterate on product positioning and messaging.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration Efforts: Project manager for projects that require collaboration across product, marketing sales, customer support, and other departments to ensure a unified approach in delivering value to customers and achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or growth product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- One year of experience in DTC product marketing.
- Strong understanding of both product development and marketing processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in early stage, fast-growing startups
Nice To Have
- Comfortability with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience with Product Marketing analytics platform (Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- One year of experience in digital health/telehealth product marketing.
- Experience in AB testing with DTC-sized marketing campaigns and CRO
