We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our flagship product, Graphite Connect, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption among our target audience. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and content creation, to position our products effectively in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop and articulate clear, compelling, and differentiated positioning for our SaaS products.
- Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences, highlighting key value propositions and addressing pain points.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with product management to create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Define target customer segments, develop pricing strategies, and identify key channels for promotion.
- Content Creation:
- Work closely with the content team to create compelling marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and website content.
- Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
- Sales Enablement:
- Provide sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively communicate product value propositions to prospects.
- Create sales playbooks and conduct regular training sessions on product positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs through market research and analysis.
- Use market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing (more preferred), preferably within B2B and/or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Results-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
