The Opportunity:
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in bringing new products and services to the Gloo marketplace. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that highlight the benefits of each product and producer, translating these benefits into impactful marketing assets, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver bundled offerings that resonate with our diverse customer base. Your deep understanding of church leaders' needs and various personas within ministry will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to successfully launch new products and services within the multi-producer marketplace
- Collaborate closely with producers, the Customer Marketing Team, Gloo product owners, and other stakeholders to deeply understand the features, benefits, and differentiation of each product and producer
- Create well-articulated messaging briefs and marketing assets including written content, visuals, videos, and other media to effectively communicate the value of products to target audiences
- Lead a team of writers, designers, video artists, and other creative professionals, ensuring that marketing assets are of high quality, consistent with the brand, and aligned with the target personas
- Drive the creation of bundled offerings across sellers, leveraging your insights into the needs and preferences of church leaders and various ministry personas
- Manage the presence of producers in Gloo’s platform, including featured products, special offerings, design and copy that engages users and prompts action, as well as inventory management
- Track the performance of campaigns, bundles, offerings and products with optimization recommendations for partners, product teams and other stakeholders
- Partner with the Product Team to optimize product naming and tagging for in-product search and SEO efforts
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, product managers, producers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment on marketing strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and marketing refinements
- Collaborate with sales, customer support, and other teams to provide the necessary tools and resources that enable them to effectively communicate product value to customers
- Understand our business deeply, inclusive of buyer persona journeys, the products/solutions that customers are looking for, and how we can continuously refine the value proposition that Gloo brings to the personal growth ecosystem
- Responsible for creating and distributing campaigns for key products that drive deeper engagement with our platform, features, and integrations through content and campaigns
- Work with Customer and Demand Gen Marketing teams on creative co-marketing ideas spanning email, in-product, community, social, events, and other marketing channels
- Contribute to the editorial calendar and create engaging case studies, stories, and news that advance Gloo’s narrative
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience
- Demonstrated track record of first-class content production, including copywriting and copy-editing of thought leadership
- Proven ability to develop and maintain favorable interpersonal relationships. Ability to interface at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Experience with customer engagement or product marketing teams.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Experience in an eCommerce or Marketplace environment
- Experience in the faith industry is a plus
- Experience with Internal and External communication and Hubspot and Intercom is a plus

Compensation Range: $130,000-$165,000
