About the job
As our Product Marketing Manager (all genders) you are the constant voice of our customers and translate their needs and pains directly into our Go-To-Market and Product engine.
Aufgaben
- You create, validate, and translate a compelling messaging, value proposition, and state-of-the-art materials for our product's features, enabling Sales and Marketing across all relevant communication channels
- You collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and the broader marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategies, activities, and materials
- You own the planning and execution of release and go-to-market campaigns
- You actively influence the product roadmap by sharing market insights and commercial perspectives with the product team
- You ensure design and storytelling excellence by constantly raising the bar of our messaging and design deliverables
- You focus your energy on the most impactful tasks and ensure effectiveness by measuring your work based on business KPIs and their development
Qualifikation
- You have 3+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B software (preferably SaaS products), a logistics industry background and previous experience with leveraging network effects is a strong plus
- You have previous experience in research about customer needs, competitive solutions, and product features
- You are extremely curious, never stop learning and quickly acquire a deep knowledge of our customers and competition
- You are able to tell a unique story and bring across the value of our product in precise and compelling messaging that hits the nerve of our audience
- You have great communication skills in German and English that allow you to keep all stakeholders aligned
