Job Description:
We're seeking a results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to define Xenia's market positioning and drive strategies that boost lead generation and product adoption. This individual will be a critical part of shaping how we communicate the value of Xenia to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Compelling Positioning: Craft core messaging and value propositions that clearly articulate Xenia's product differentiation within the market.
- Optimize Landing Pages and Blogs: Design and optimize landing pages and blog content for higher conversion rates, conducting A/B testing and analyzing performance data.
- Website Content Development: Write, layout, and structure website pages for maximum clarity and engagement.
- Pricing Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales teams to develop and communicate effective pricing strategies.
- Content Team Collaboration: Create SOPs (standard operating procedures) and resources for the content team, ensuring consistent and effective product positioning across marketing materials, web copy, and customer-facing assets.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to refine product messaging.
- Demand Generation: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, content, and collateral that powerfully resonate with our ideal customer.
What You Bring:
- REQUIRED: Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
- Outstanding storytelling and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience optimizing landing pages, blog posts, and website copy.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
