As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for go to market strategy for the company. When you join this team, you will work with product, marketing, sales, and customer support to help bring new products and features to market. You will be uniquely positioned and empowered to make a huge impact in the lives of hourly employees.
What You'll Do As the Product Marketing Manager, you are at the center of where product builds end and cross-functional go-to-market readiness begins. You are responsible for owning feature launches internally ensuring our teams have the information they need to successfully go-to-market. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop go-to-market project plans. In this role you will:
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to build and execute product marketing plans that help achieve business goals related to When I Work products and solutions
- Be the central character for go-to-market strategies for new products, new features and how we talk about our products to our customers.
- Own pricing and packaging, ensuring our plan tiers align to our customer segments, are competitive in-market and help manage customer throughout their lifecycle with When I Work.
- Understand the market through market analysis, input from Sales, Success and Support teams, client segmentation, and competitive intelligence to generate and share insights about our target audience's needs, priorities, and challenges
- Create new opportunities for monetization from products and services, build the right messaging, positioning, packaging and pricing, and work closely with Brand, Performance, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales and Success teams to take these to market effectively
- Work with the Product team to provide input, market and support the product roadmap and vision
- Improve operations by establishing clear objectives and key results, aligned to business goals, tracking performance and deliverables to measure impact of programs being managed.

Experience And Skills Needed
- 5+ years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B (or B2C) SaaS solutions working across teams
- Demonstrated experience in leading a product marketing function in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products and solutions in the B2B space preferably or B2C
- Critical Thinker: critically dissecting and distilling complex issues to formulate actionable strategic decisions and action plans. You learn from mistakes and seek constant improvement.
- Data-Informed: able to dissect complex business issues, analyze large amounts of data (often from disparate sources), and draw business-specific conclusions and actionable implications
- Distillation: able to disambiguate, structure, and simplify complex concepts and scenarios into "So What?" and "Now What?" insights to inform stakeholders
- Influence: asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment and mobilizing people to take action
- Independence: You work well in ambiguity. You are a self-starter and can get projects moving while rallying people around you.
- Shown ability to develop pipeline building strategy for new offerings and up-sell, cross-sell and account-based marketing programs to grow existing relationships.
- Must be strong in translating complex concepts into compelling messaging for all audiences, including C-level, middle management and employees
