About The Position
Wheel Health is searching for an innovative and experienced individual for the role of Product Marketing Manager. This person will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of Wheel’s product offerings. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and scrappy - able to create and deliver best-in-class product marketing assets. This role is essential to Wheel’s current objectives and future strategic plan/growth strategy.
What You'll Do
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Wheel’s products.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand product capabilities, features, and benefits and translate them into clear and persuasive value propositions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches and announcements.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Customer Insights and Feedback:
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop customer personas and use cases to guide marketing and sales efforts.
- Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales tools and materials to support the sales team, including presentations, product demos, and training materials.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell Wheel’s products.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market, trends, and customer needs.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
