We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the first Product Marketing Manager at the company, you will play a key role in driving go-to-market strategies, setting up product launch processes and will work closely with the Head of Product on product strategy and positioning.
What you’ll do: Work closely with the product management team to understand product features, benefits, and target market. Perform in-depth competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Develop compelling product messaging and collateral materials such as sales presentations and product demos.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness and drive demand for our products.
Analyze market data and customer insights to refine our positioning and messaging, and effectively communicate Wati’s value proposition.
Collaborate with our customer teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and resources, including sales presentations, battle cards, and product training materials.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling product messaging and collateral
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience working in startups - a plus
