Title of Position: Product Marketing Manager II

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Product Marketing Manager II is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive the success of our products in the market. They will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships and other teams to ensure our products meet market demands and achieve maximum impact.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to successfully bring products and features to market* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to position product features, benefits, and target audiences.* Create compelling product messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition to customers and differentiates the startup from competitors.* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities, informing product development and marketing strategies.* Work closely with the sales team & revenue operations to develop sales tools, training materials, and go-to-market plans to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts.* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across our customer base to drive deeper product adoption and utilization.* Collaborate with the content marketing team to create content that aligns with the product marketing strategy, such as blog posts, case studies, and product videos.* Stay updated on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt and refine product marketing strategies accordingly.* Build a lifecycle program that spans the 360 customer journey and incorporates upsell and cross-sell strategies* Responsible for creating channel partnership marketing programs to support all payer partners.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience* An interest in growing with an early-stage, high-growth company – preferred experience with a Private Equity backed SaaS organization* A minimum of 2 years of relevant product marketing experience (within B2B SaaS strongly preferred)* Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.* High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.* Excellent communication skills and strategies to bring product knowledge to life.* Candidates with a desire to to be the best at their craft and always go above and beyond, and those who take pride in their work, are preferred.* English fluency. Spanish, French, or other foreign language proficiency is a plus, but not a requirement
