Job Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Medical Nutrition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their brand, communications, and product development strategies. Your responsibilities will involve leading marketing initiatives to enhance the brand, drive product growth, and support the companies ambitious New Product Development (NPD) pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy and Development: Craft a winning growth strategy based on company vision. Develop an in-depth understanding of customer segments, industry trends, and competitor landscapes. Utilise market insights and data trends to respond effectively to changes in market conditions. Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement localised engagement plans. Build a scalable content library to boost audience engagement. Work closely with product development, pricing, and market positioning while exploring new business opportunities and market entry points. Manage ongoing product lifecycle strategies, including planning for product enhancements. Support the development and implementation of strategic projects. Assess and report on marketing performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure return on investment (ROI). Facilitate the successful launch of new products with a robust go-to-market strategy. Develop branded collateral and sales materials. Contribute to and support our research strategy. Manage relationships, outputs, and budgets for external agency resources. Monitor budgets and portfolio profit and loss (P&L) closely. Regularly engage with stakeholders to align on customer needs and influence planning. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in managing a product portfolio. Proven track record in developing effective engagement plans. Project leadership experience. Proficient in digital marketing across all channels. Strong commercial acumen. Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills. Creative thinker with a history of delivering engaging marketing campaigns. Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
