We're on the lookout for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in AdTech/MarTech. If you enjoy working with innovative technologies and are up for the challenge of shaping the billion-dollar digital advertising industry, this role is for you.
In this position, you'll be at the forefront of driving our go-to-market strategy, focusing on product adoption among advertisers, media companies, and our internal users. What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with the Founder & CEO and the product team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring product-market fit for all our advertising solutions.
Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from market assessments and testing to marketing plans, launch events, and post-launch evaluation.
Lead cross-functional efforts to define customer personas that guide our messaging and ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
Manage all communications related to new products, features, and partnerships to increase market awareness and internal alignment.
Collaborate with senior team members across divisions to deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence the product roadmap.
Conduct competitive analysis to inform our product development strategy and sales enablement initiatives.
Lead sales training and provide sales collateral to ensure a consistent, measurable, and analyzable messaging strategy.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators, along with collecting qualitative market feedback to gauge product health and adoption.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in product marketing for advertising technology, marketing technology, or media companies.
Proven ability to execute marketing and go-to-market plans that deliver immediate, measurable results.
Skill in translating highly technical concepts into simple, digestible content.
A passion for data and the ability to seamlessly transition between creative and analytical thinking.
An inquisitive mind with excellent communication skills and a knack for asking insightful questions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep all stakeholders engaged during product launches or campaigns.
A genuine curiosity and passion for the future of digital advertising.
A sense of urgency and an "owner" mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and find solutions.
Confidence in building remote relationships in a fully distributed, remote-friendly work environment.
Proficiency in marketing platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, and various AI tools.
Adaptability to changing business needs in a dynamic late-stage startup environment.
