Responsibilities:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Clootrack, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our customer analytics product. Your responsibilities will include:
- Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Gather insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target enterprise audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer benefits.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Define target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collateral Development:
- Create compelling and effective marketing collateral, including product presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement tools.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
- Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and materials needed to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the product knowledge of the sales team.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Cultivate relationships with key customers and transform their success stories into powerful testimonials and case studies.
- Identify opportunities for customer advocacy initiatives to strengthen brand credibility.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Provide insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Performance Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in product marketing, with a focus on enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of the SAAS industry and customer analytics space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Results-oriented with a track record of successful product launches.
