Position Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of Practifi. They handle market research on current trending products, establish timescales for upcoming products, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, develop messaging and market positioning around the Practifi product and take part in presentations and events.
The Product Marketing manager sits at the intersection of marketing, client success, product and sales to be the ‘voice of the customer’, researching prospect and client needs and experiences.

The team's primary objective is to find, attract and retain customers by promoting our company and mission and communicating the value of our products, people and service.
The Marketing team is a mighty bunch, covering functions such as brand, communication, lead generation, operations and more. Each team member has a distinct area of coverage but works closely together to drive brand awareness, launch campaigns, generate new business and ensure Practifi puts its best foot forward.

Responsibilities:
- Set product marketing priorities and manages the product marketing calendar* Build detailed go-to-market plans for product releases (5x a year), new products, add-ons and integrations and manages the execution of the plan from ideation to measurement and optimization* Work closely with product, sales and client success teams to develop and optimize the positioning of core features, add-ons and integrations for the RIA/advisor market* Communicate the vision and value of new and existing products to the full Practifi team* Act as the voice of the customer to the product team, communicating client/prospect feedback, competitor insights and market research to inform the product roadmap* Serve as the Practifi product subject-matter expert (SME) within the marketing team, providing feedback and content where applicable.* Oversees the production of all sales and client success materials, including presentations, blog posts, and tear sheets relating to product features, integrations and competitor comparisons.* Maintains strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on client needs, competitor developments and industry trends* Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data* Collaborates with Client Success, Learning, Product, Enablement, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaign success* Maintain Practifi’s presence on product comparison and review sites (G2, AppExchange, etc.)* Additional responsibilities, as assigned.
About You:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing within the B2B financial technology sector, preferably in wealth management.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related area.* Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly those related to wealth management and investment solutions.* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive B2B sales and revenue growth.* Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content targeted at financial professionals and firms.* Experience using marketing and project management tools (HubSpot, Monday, JIRA, etc.)* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro a plus* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.* Passion for technology and innovation with a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
