We're looking to recruit a top-notch Product Marketing Manager to work directly with our Product and Business Development teams. In this strategic position, you'll spearhead go-to-market initiatives, craft compelling narratives, and drive demand for our suite of features. This role offers the opportunity to have a direct and meaningful impact on the success of Pluspoint, positioning our solutions effectively in a competitive marketplace.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Develop insights from market and user research to design GTM strategies and create a differentiated value proposition.* Research, develop and test lead generation channels and strategies to select the best options for scaling.* Create compelling content that articulates the value proposition to our target audience* Work closely with the Sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and insights* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies accordingly* Analyze customer behavior and preferences to tailor marketing efforts
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.* Proven experience analyzing products, competition, pricing, and industry trends combined with the development of competitive messaging and positioning.* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong business judgment, and a high level of initiative, creativity, and flexibility.* Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing key metrics to understand the effectiveness of marketing programs.* Bachelors, Masters degree in Marketing or relevant field.* Fluent English (C1/C2).
