As a Product Marketing Manager at Balanced, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs, developing engaging marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of our product.

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and plans.
- Work collaboratively with design, content, acquisition, and product teams.
- Translate technical details into compelling benefits for users.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies using relevant KPIs and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in a startup or health/wellbeing sector.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

- Experience with user engagement and developing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools.
