Your future job:
Neobrain is experiencing a phase of strong growth, both internally and externally, with international expansion into new markets (Germany, US), as well as through the acquisition and integration of competing and complementary companies.
You will join the Growth team, whose mission is to ensure the visibility and credibility of Neobrain, by generating leads.
Your role will be to develop and implement product marketing strategies to optimize the positioning, visibility, and growth of the company's products in the French and international markets.
Your future missions:
- Create product marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives;
- Contribute to international expansion by tailoring product marketing strategies to the specificities of foreign markets;
- Work on product positioning by identifying distinctive features and competitive advantages;
- Conduct market analyses to comprehend trends, customer needs, and competitive movements;
- Develop compelling central marketing content, including presentations, case studies, analyst briefings and sales collateral.
- Organize successful product launches by coordinating marketing activities at both local and international scales;
- Build and maintain relationships with market analysts, and collaborate with the Global Leadership Team to support our positioning;
- Collaborate internally with the Product and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
The perfect profile:
- 8 to 10 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment;
- Experience in application software, ideally;
- Excellent verbal communication skills, adaptable across various audience levels, from executives to analysts. Fluency in English mandatory and preferred in French, additional languages are a plus;
- Highly organised and methodical;
- Analytical mindset, proficient in leveraging numerical data to convey narratives, provide recommendations, and showcase results;
- Adaptable to changing business priorities.
