We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop product documentation based on a solid understanding of the target audience, consumer personas, competitive landscape, and product value proposition
- Own content creation of all marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholders such as product data sheets, manuals, sales scripts, FAQ, etc.
- Develop product positioning messaging that resonates with target customers’ personas
- Create and present educational training content for customers about product updates
- Manage the launch of new features or product updates (including release communications and content creation about the product such as videos)
- Manage all product marketing content (case studies)
- Develop comprehensive sales enablement training to empower business development teams on product benefits and product value against competitors
- Collaborate with sales team to develop relevant client-facing product material
- Analyze the results of different product marketing campaigns
- Develop competitive intelligence for Novisto and communicate developments in market trends to relevant stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s (BA or BS) degree or equivalent mix of education and experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in product marketing management
- Experience in B2B marketing (enterprise level - an asset)
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems with minimum supervision
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships cross-functionally
- Experience with a SAAS product
- Strong storytelling skills to be able to translate requirements and features into stories our target audience can care about
- Excellent written communication skills including the ability to effectively convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical writing experience is an asset
