Overview
As a product marketing manager at Monogoto you will spearhead all marketing efforts for the assigned products. You will help the company identify customers needs and work with various Monogoto’s teams to create effective marketing content.
Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing content development
- Outline product marketing deployment timelines
- Manage team’s product marketing campaigns
- Craft Monogoto’s product storytelling vision and voice
- Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders
- Working with product, define and validate product market fit, market sizing and the business case for product launches and sales direction
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to drive cross-functional, cross-channel sales efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with product initiatives
- Own market & opportunity sizing, product positioning and messaging to better drive acquisitions and adoption from our customers
- Drive the development of marketing assets & content to support product awareness and customer acquisition and engagement goals
- Build positive relationships across the organization, with the ability to drive cross-functional team projects
Q****ualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Significant product marketing and development experience
- Deep understanding of market trends and product life cycles
- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
- High degree of empathy for others’ perspectives and circumstances
- Strong negotiation skills
- Intuitive understanding of how to effectively assign responsibilities
- Extensive experience designing customer promotions
- Fluency with web development languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency with product design techniques based on hands-on experience
- Expert grasp of software engineering, computer science, or a related field
Compensation:
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience and work location. Salary range (based salary+bonus target) is $160,000-$200,000.
