Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Growth you will be responsible for the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new and existing products as well as developing customer marketing and education programs to drive product growth. You are adaptable, an excellent communicator, and a strong writer. This isn’t your first product marketing rodeo - you’ve successfully brought B2B and/or B2C products and features to market before. You enjoy being the voice of the customer and have a get-it-done attitude. You have a knack for distilling concepts into clear, convincing ideas. Above all, you believe in Milk Stork’s mission to liberate moms from work-life complexities so that they can contribute their passions and talents to the world.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become the voice of the customer. Develop product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging for Milk Stork’s products and features based on user research, market insights, and product knowledge.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to develop educational enablement materials that improve utilization, conversion and win rates.
- Define and execute customer marketing and education programs, and develop high-value thought leadership pieces and key content assets.
- Define, establish and maintain value propositions with supporting materials and documentation including website collateral, datasheets, product brochures, and solutions content
- Champion client testimonials and customer success stories, identifying new opportunities to showcase client success and leverage these stories to create impact.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience within SaaS/B2B. Experience marketing to HR audiences is a plus, but not required.
- Strong writing skills across different mediums, from ad copy and web copy, to sell sheets and sales decks.
- Demonstrated experience developing high-impact, value-based messaging across different customer segments.
- Strong analytical skills. You enjoy synthesizing data, discerning user insights, and developing market research.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product and customer success stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS and/or HR tech products (the users of our B2B offering work in Employee Benefits/HR, our DTC users span many functions).
