Job Summary:
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product and sales teams have all the data, customer insights, and enablement materials they need to be successful.
For the product team, this individual will serve as the members’ voice, relaying on both quantitative and qualitative insights gleaned through surveys and usage data analysis. You will translate key product features into compelling benefits messages and draft co-to-market plans for the launch of major enhancements.
For the sales team, this individual will develop compelling messages about the benefits of Medefy’s services and translate them into effective tools and collateral.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Market research and competitive analysis: Conduct regular research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and target audience needs.
· Product messaging and positioning: Develop compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition of Medefy's products to different audiences (business executives, HR professionals, end users).
· You won't just create product marketing collateral; you'll be the architect of persuasive and informative content that spans presentations, datasheets, and engaging website content. We want our sales team to feel empowered and equipped with the best tools to showcase the value of Medefy.
· Go-to-market strategy: Participate in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, or expansions.
· Customer insights and feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback, product usage data, and customer surveys to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
· Product roadmap collaboration: Work closely with the product team to understand the roadmap, identify key features, and develop messaging around their value proposition.
· Conduct market research to grasp the evolving needs of our customers, the trends shaping the industry, and how our competitors are moving. But it’s not just about gathering data; it’s about deriving insights that will steer our product development and marketing strategies.
· Analyze product performance and market trends. Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders. Your insights will be invaluable in fine-tuning our products and marketing approaches. We value feedback and encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
You must have at least the following:
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is great, but we also value diverse experiences and unique perspectives.
· Bring at least 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, and if it’s in a related industry, even better!
· A proven grasp of marketing principles and a creative mind to apply them in new and exciting ways.
· Exceptional communication skills – we love storytellers, who are customer centric.
· Ability to translate tech-speak into user-friendly language.
· An analytical mentality, but also someone who trusts their intuition.
· Previous experience in market analysis and product positioning will make you a standout candidate.
It would be great if you have:
· Relatively tech savvy (we are a SaaS company after all)
· 2+ years’ experience in any of the following areas: health insurance, employee benefits, insurance brokerage, HR, telemedicine, general healthcare
Supervisory Duties: No supervisory duties.
Travel Requirements Percentage: None - 0%.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
· Occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machines, etc.
· Prolonged periods of being stationary at a desk and working on a computer
· Communicating with others to exchange information via typing
· Must have close-range clarity of vision with or without corrective lens
· Ability to simultaneously address multiple complex problems; Multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy, able to perform duties from multiple sources
· Interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers, clients, and vendors and under adverse circumstances
· Must maintain regular attendance and be punctual
· Must be able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
