Our insights help property managers and destinations make the best decisions to grow revenue, uncover trends, and delight travelers around the world. Now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us launch new products, lead our competitive strategies, and help our global sales team tell our story in new ways to new audiences.
About the role:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for end-to-end go-to-market campaigns that communicate our value, positioning, and story to new and future customers. You’ll also lead market and competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and be responsible for sales/marketing health of our solutions. This is a cross-functional role that will touch every part of our organization. It’s also a new role and an opportunity for an experienced product marketer to blaze a new path with an industry leader.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to launch new product and platform offerings, including positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, and promotion
- Work with Marketing leadership to drive current marketing and demand generation efforts for in-market products, ensuring successful, unified direct, online, and outbound strategies
- Continuously refine our ICP; create and train the Sales team on related content
- Create a competitive and market analysis program; maintain and present regular reporting on new campaigns, pricing, features, and other developments to leadership
- Deliver regular product/feature training and collateral you develop to our team of sellers
- Work closely with Product Management and Sales teams to to ensure our value and positioning is communicated clearly and consistently throughout every customer touchpoint
- Develop and deliver content for webinars and events to communicate Key Data’s value to customers and prospects
- Maintain regular communication with Product Management, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Marketing or Communications experience, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably within a venture-backed technology / SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA or applicable post-graduate degree preferred
- Experience managing multi-faceted promotional campaigns from inception, to launch, to post-campaign measurement and reporting
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with remote, global teams
- Proven experience leading product pricing and packaging exercises with the goal of maximizing value for buyers and the company
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines
- Outstanding data handling and strong analytical skills and experience generating and presenting reports to leadership
- Self-motivated and strong collaborator, who is able to give and receive feedback constructively
- Outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to partners
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
