We are currently seeking a Manager, Product Marketing to join our team in our office in Suburban Houston (Sugar Land, TX), who is highly passionate and motivated to change the Construction Industry for the better using data and technology. Joining the Product team, you will help us tell the story of how our tools help our customers win and deliver work and grow with us. You’ll join a team of passionate, collaborative, and driven professionals working on industry-leading products.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with product management to understand the product roadmap and translate technical details to develop differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with our buyer personas.
- Develop persona-based marketing plans for products/features in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and the acquisition of new customers.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that articulates brand, product, and feature values across customer types.
- Refine our packaging based on a deep understanding of our product, our customers, and market trends.
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
- Maintain a broader market perspective on customer needs, competitive landscape, evolutions in product offerings, and opportunities to enhance our leadership position.
- Understand and support our sales channels; partner with sales enablement to ensure sales is trained on the solutions we provide our customers; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or similar environments.
- Excellent communicator with an ability to distill complex information down for easy grasp.
- Effective writer with compelling storytelling skills and the ability to adjust content across multiple audiences.
- Strong presentation skills, creation, and delivery (Google Slides or PowerPoint).
- Exceptional analytical skills, ability to assess what is effective and not.
- Driven and accountable to deliver quality content, on time.
- Excellent people skills to work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders.
