Spark Hire, Inc. is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and drive our go-to-market strategies to drive market awareness, demand for, and adoption of Spark Hire through compelling competitive differentiation and strategic GTM efforts. Reporting to our VP, Marketing you will be responsible for developing clear positioning and messaging, enabling sales, and executing programs to position Spark Hire as the leading Talent Acquisition Solution within our ICP.
As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the product management team, sales and marketing leaders, and partner team to develop and refine compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging in support of successful offering launches, resulting in increased demand and adoption. You will also play a key role in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans and integrated campaigns.
The target compensation for this position is $95-110k USD annually.

- Manage end-to-end GTM strategy, including customer and market research, messaging, positioning, persona development and sales enablement to drive new customer acquisition and expand revenue.* Create compelling positioning and narratives that showcases Spark Hire’s value proposition and differentiate our platform in a highly competitive market.* Partner with marketing stakeholders to build creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with external audiences and drive lead generation and pipeline growth* Build product marketing programs and frameworks and partner closely with product teams to promote Spark Hire’s products and platform, internally and externally, and drive organizational excellence* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to implement an effective feedback loop to support effective enablement, increase win rates, and contribute to shorter sales cycle* Drive sales enablement and equip the sales team with necessary insights, frameworks, and resources to attract customers and close more deals.

**You might be a good fit if:

- 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience* Proven track record of crafting and executing successful go-to-market strategies and programs* Hands-on expertise in launching new products* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences (large and small) and are an expert at creating and editing everything from pithy emails to detailed launch plans to researched white-papers and more* Ability to synthesize and distill complex information into clear, concise messaging for different audiences* Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to perform ongoing optimization* Collaborative approach with sales teams, effectively coordinating, communicating, and delivering campaigns that resonate throughout the buyer's journey.* Strong cross-functional leader – you have on-the-job experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders* You’re detail-oriented, yet can think big picture; analytical, yet creative; and a self-starter who is not afraid to execute and get in the weeds* Excellent time management abilities, adept at prioritizing and adjusting workloads to meet deadlines.* Solid understanding of subscription based B2B software and services* Familiar with product marketing tactics such as integrated marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, differentiation development, naming, pricing and packaging, sales enablement, and more
