Product Marketing Manager – Maternity cover for 12 months
Role reports into: Head of Product
Directorate: Product Innovation
Location: Anywhere in the UK, with some presence in the London Euston Office.
Cifas is the UK’s leading fraud prevention service, managing the largest database of instances of fraudulent conduct in the country. The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of Go to Market of B2B services and be responsible for outbound marketing products while also measuring satisfaction and providing feedback loop to the Product team and the business. You will be the primary lead on sales enablement, marketing material creation, member experience and prospect research.
Responsibilities
·Develop repeatable, scalable value propositions that drive membership adoption and use of Cifas services.
·Create a go-to-market plan for your services with a specific focus on market definition, distribution strategy, pricing, positioning, and user / buyer personas.
·Working in collaboration with the Commercial and Member Experience teams, develop and update sales enablement collateral including product material, case studies and product presentations.
·Responsible for effectively communicating internally product propositions, customer wins, developments, and future vision for products in collaboration with Product Management, future initiatives and Research and Development.
·Execute go-to-market plans with a specific focus on creating a go-to-market roadmap, launch plans, communicating the value proposition and developing supporting collateral and sales tools.
·In collaboration with the Product owner, and the Communication & Marketing team, develop core positioning and messaging for each product.
·Deliver creative and attractive promotional campaigns to ensure product routes to market are best utilised across the website, events, and other avenues.
·Ownership for creating product marketing plan and managing associated budget.
·Collect relevant and insightful market data, customer insight and trend analysis to aid campaign and strategy delivery.
·Identify product success and opportunities and make recommendations to Product Team on areas of improvement.
·Management of product marketing on social media and member online platforms to generate interest in current and new products, their benefits and value to members.
Who we’re looking for…
·Considerable experience operating within Product Marketing environment for a B2B enterprise software company.
·Strong product marketing background and experience working for a B2B enterprise software as a service provider ideally in the financial crime fraud or identity areas.
·Proven ability to work cross-functionally and leverage teams across the business to implement the strategy.
·Previous experience of real-time decision making (e.g., lead optimisation, next-best action, sentiment analysis, up-and-cross-selling).
·Demonstrable experience in end-to-end product and value proposition creation and go to market execution.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to forge strong working relationships across teams.
·Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, and skilled in authentically building credibility, trust, and influence at all levels.
·Previous knowledge of financial crime, Fraud prevention or the Digital Identity markets, advantageous.
·Skilled in applying analytics to support data-driven product marketing decisions.
