We are looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us take our sales and marketing process to a whole new level! The successful candidate will be responsible for product marketing, sales enablement, campaign management, and process development and improvement in these areas. Working closely with the Director of Product Marketing, and the marketing team, this role will manage the development of high-impact go-to-market plans and customer engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Create demand for products through effective positioning, messaging, and marketing programs.
- Lead and/or assist with the development of various marketing materials and sales enablement tools that communicate product features - including but not limited to sales decks, digital/traditional collateral, proposal templates, etc..
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products.
- In conjunction with the marketing communications department, build a deep understanding of who our buyers are, the problems they face, their specific needs and requirements, the competing solutions that are available to them, and the benefits our products provide. Use this to develop and clearly articulate differentiated and compelling value propositions for CeriFi products that drive sales and marketing efforts.
- Perform competitive research and help position us to grow our brands.
- Collect and analyze data that supports our solutions in the market to buyers.
- Work with marketing operations to perform campaign management, measure, and report on the effectiveness of various campaigns.
- Partner closely with product development, customer marketing, and sales to ensure our products meet customer expectations and have compelling, accurate marketing content.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Or ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- At least five (5) years of practical experience in marketing, and 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement.
- Self-starter with the ability to find solutions for unstructured problems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also functioning and contributing as part of a team.
- Excels at project management and multi-tasking.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and flawless execution.
- Ability to learn, create, and adapt to ever-changing e-Commerce activities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
