Empowering the sales teams. An opportunity for you to lead a successful enablement program that will generate product interest and adoption.

How ?

You will develop a product enablement program that is yet to be structured, a program that will become yours to lead and iterate.

Not only will you create this program, but also own the process and delivery of all the tools and collateral required for a successful product launch.

You will sit in the product team (2 PM and the Head of Product Marketing), so you’ll have a front row seat on the product roadmap that you can influence with your customers' insights and market studies.

But mostly, you will work closely with the presale, sales and marketing teams to ensure your product knowledge translates into selling opportunities.

You will do all of this in a multi-cultural and 100% remote work environment.

🚀 Your mission

You understand that successful sales & marketing teams need to be well equipped, well educated on the product they’re selling, and well informed about the market they penetrate.

So you will create from scratch all the necessary resources for product launches : content creation, sales pitch, sales collaterals, product training modules, …

You will convert product information into actionable knowledge for the sales & marketing teams.

In other words, you will use product features and translate them into benefits.

You will prepare the Go-to-market, coordinate roll out, and take leadership on enabling all the relevant stakeholders.

🤓 About you

You have some presale/sale background and a B2B product marketing experience within the software or IT space.

You also enjoy converting product features into winning sales pitch.

You are an inspirational leader– someone who can coach, mentor and federate.

Finally, you understand that storytelling should be adapted to cultural differences and that the tone of voice and keywords used are important to get your value proposition stand-out.
