As Bluebeam’s Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving product success through strategic positioning, compelling messaging, persona development, and GTM plans that improve market differentiation, fuel growth, and enhance our industry presence.
What You’ll Do
- Positioning and Messaging: Develops and refines compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences and align with overall business objectives.
- Persona Development: Creates detailed user and buyer personas to enhance understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences, ensuring effective tailoring of marketing efforts.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitors and analyzes the competitive landscape, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision- making and positioning.
- Go-To-Market (GTM): Works with cross- functional teams to develop and execute GTM strategies for impactful product launches, feature enhancements, and updates.
- Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams: Partners closely with sales and product teams to align product marketing strategies with sales goals, enable sales with effective resources, and gather product feedback for continuous improvement.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in the software industry.
- Proven experience in software product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or AECO industry company with a consistent record of developing and implementing successful product marketing programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to target audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and content creation.
- Ability to think strategically to develop and execute plans that align with customer needs and overall business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines and business goals.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $105,800 – $132,100
