Product Marketing Manager – 12 months FTC Maternity Cover

Why is this role important?
With lots of exciting new features and product releases in the pipeline, we’re on a hunt for an experienced product marketing professional for a 1 year FTC (maternity cover). We’re looking for someone with an understanding of the modern product marketing best practices and great stakeholder management skills to elevate the way we communicate Breathe’s value to both prospects and customers.
You’ll be joining a best-in-class marketing team within a business that champions continuous improvement, learning & development, and an environment where every individual can thrive.
Responsibilities
Product storytelling
- Become the voice of our product, both internally and externally. Articulate its benefits and features in a way that resonates with our audience
- Support the development of our product messaging and work closely with the wider team on improving it
- Work closely with the content team to produce high-quality content that brings our value proposition and key differentiators alive
- Regularly review key product messaging across platforms and campaigns to make sure they are updated in line with the product updates
Go-to- Market campaigns
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new product features
- Create sales enablement and lower funnel marketing material, including webinars, videos, case studies and web pages
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication around product announcements and feature launches
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance
Customer research
- Collect and analyse customer insights from various sources (customer interviews, industry data, online research etc) to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Conduct thorough and ongoing market research to identify trends and monitor the competitive landscape within the HR & People Management Software sector
- Maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data

- Previous experience in the HR/People management software sector advantageous, experience in B2B technology product marketing a must
