As the Manager, Product Marketing at ThinkOn, your role is pivotal in championing the journey of our partners and their customers. We measure success through their adoption and utilization of ThinkOn services. Your mission is to cultivate an in-depth comprehension of our service offerings, deeply connected to customer priorities and challenges. This knowledge will empower you to shape solutions and strategies that drive success and consumption while generating value for our partners and their customers.
In this capacity, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying clear market insights, and leveraging competitive knowledge and product expertise. These insights will inform the development of relevant business and marketing plans, aligning with our ambitious aspirations and goals.
We seek a candidate who not only possesses a solid understanding of their product set but also harbors a passion to delve even deeper. Connecting our offerings to customer needs will be your forte. As the spokesperson for your products within ThinkOn, your insights will resonate across our local and global teams, shaping valuable feedback.
You Will:
Program/Campaign Execution & Marketing Strategy
- Holistic Ownership for Partner Success: Assume comprehensive responsibility for partner success, encompassing targeted usage strategies, growth plans, seamless implementation, and achieving specific business outcomes.
- Collaborate for Impact: Partner closely with our Sales, Product Teams, and Marketing Organization to conceptualize and operationalize local events, sales enablement programs, and other strategic investments. These initiatives will drive widespread awareness and product utilization.
- Empowering Decision Makers: Engage both business and technical leaders through integrated marketing campaigns. Utilize the full spectrum of marketing tools to foster connectedness with functional business roles, unlocking novel experiences and use cases.
- Strategic Customer Growth: Collaborate with our sales POD leaders to ensure successful adoption and sustained growth among our strategic partners.
- Insights for Continuous Improvement: Generate valuable business insights, feedback, and evidence to enhance our partner success metrics continually.
- Sales Enablement: Equip relevant field roles across our Sales and Partner Success organization with the readiness, training, and essential tools needed to accelerate pipeline development and seamless onboarding of services for new subscribers.
Product Evangelism
- Cultivate Expertise: Deepen your understanding of our product portfolio, becoming its advocate both within our team and externally at events where required.
- Strategic Insight: Develop proficiency in both functional and industry-specific contexts. Identify key use cases that deliver compelling customer experiences and drive business value.
- Value Proposition Ownership: Take charge of articulating the product’s value. Craft engaging, region-specific content and campaigns that showcase innovation, seamlessly integrating with ThinkOn’s broader marketing initiatives. Collaborate across business and segment stakeholders to plan and execute Field and Partner readiness programs.
Partner Ecosystem
- Champion, and scale partner success as a critical capability and business outcome, with and through our partner ecosystem
- Build deep awareness of, and engagement with key partners that can enable customer success, across our partner ecosystem
- Partner deeply with our Partner organization to create an effective customer success partner channel strategy accelerated using our partner portal
Business Management
- Champion a culture of partner success across the company, engaging directly with the Leadership teams, while driving a robust sales motion, in partnership with partner success teams scaling across sellers, and partners
- Develop local/global business management strategy; partner closely across the organization to interpret market opportunity/risk and build appropriate plans
- Determine key insights and asks to accelerate adoption of ThinkOn services, qualify inhibitors (with recommendations) to escalate to leadership
- Lead Partner Success marketing through fiscal planning process on investments, plans, and targets
You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing/management, customer success and/or solution delivery
- A passion for driving connected execution across sales, marketing, and customer success/project delivery with the ability to clearly articulate solutions in a business and customer-centric manner.
- Results-orientated business leader with proven ability to develop & drive the strategy for defined business(s)
- Deep customer focus and understanding of the customer adoption lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business performance, identify market opportunities and develop useful insights from data.
- Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
- Be able to work at a strategic and tactical level to drive success for the portfolio.
- Experience successfully working collaboratively across teams with differing functions.
- Copywriting is a definite asset
