Why this role is important to FLYR
We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our team. This director will drive FLYR for Hospitality’s product marketing strategy, enabling sales, and delivering key messaging and positioning for our solution set. They will report to the VP of Marketing and work to build our brand and competitive advantage.You can find out more information about Product Marketing at FLYR here
Key areas of responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy, including messaging, positioning, and collateral, to increase product awareness and generate leads
- Add in category creation of a Commercial Operating System within the hospitality industry
- Manage the creation of customer case studies, and testimonial videos showcasing the benefits of selecting FLYR for Hospitality
- Align product and sales strategies by providing sales enablement support, building sales enablement content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Develop go-to-market plans for new product releases, including messaging, positioning, and launch materials
Required experience and skills
- At least 4-5 years of product marketing or go-to-market experience, in the B2B space, preferably within the hospitality and travel space
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to communicate and translate technical issues to business values
- Solid skill set in writing, presenting, and analytics
- Previous success crafting compelling positioning and marketing content for an enterprise software company
- Proven ability to define and communicate use data to define and target high-propensity customer segments;
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market plans for SaaS or cloud services
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and proven ability to create senior management-level presentations
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages priorities
- Experienced in planning, strategic thinking, business savvy, execution excellence, detail-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
